Managed a production cell responsible for two menswear brands. Coordinating the entire production process from prototype to final dispatch. Led the team to achieve goals such as time optimization and sales increase due to effective and creative problem solving and on time dispatches. Our cell was responsible for delivering the december collection on time for the first time in the company’s history.

Conceptualized and created a sustainable fashion business model by implementing a value proposition of delivering trendy and artistic garments predictably fast, keeping a minimum inventory and having a strong e-commerce component. Generated a better quality of life for our direct/indirect employees and service providers by incorporating win-win business negotiation practices and fair trade policies in our entrepreneurship, all thanks to a government grant we won in 2011.
This project gave me the tools to learn all about product development, marketing, distribution, compliant record keeping, business structure, outsourcing and most of all the art of resiliency.

This group show was my last exhibition in the United States before my trip back to Colombia. I donated a piece to the fundraiser that continues the legal battle against the owners of the Neumann Leathers Buildings who want to demolish the entire landmark complex and kick the artists out.
UBUNTU - Auction and Fundraiser to bring medical aid to Africa — NYU New York University. New York City, New York, USA
This exhibition was curated by students and staff from the University. The main goal was to use the proceedings from the auction to gather funds, purchase and deliver medicine to countries in Africa that need it most. I donated one painting to the cause.
